Application Tracking

Application Tracking allows you to see the status and follow the progress of the following types of applications.

  1. Development Applications (DAs)
  2. Complying Development (CDCs)
  3. Section 4.55 Modification Applications (previously Section 96) (An application to modify a development consent)
  4. Section 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 8.5 Review Applications (Previously Section 82A) (An application to review a determination of the Council)

Using Application Tracking you can access information related to an application online such as:

  • Description of proposal
  • Name of applicant
  • Name of Council's Assessment Officer
  • A selection of publicly available electronic documents
  • Current status of application including tasks that have been completed
  • A decision/determination of the application

Please note that Application Tracking is only available for all applications, including Modification and review of those applications, lodged after the 1st January 2012 i.e with a title LUA12/**** and subsequent years thereafter.

Application Tracking does not list all publically available information related to these applications. Should you wish to view all publically available documents or require additional information, you can contact our Customer Service Centre on (02) 4868 0888.  

Application Tracking is best suited to Internet Explorer 11.0 and above.
